Made a few changes to some Tacoma area letterboxes:

Both Defiant Animals Mystery letterboxes are missing and will not be
replaced.

Galloping Gertie LB is alive & well (had several missing reports)--I
tweaked the clues a tad to reduce the frustration level--although if
you start from the correct spot it really isn't that difficult at
all... ;)
